Overview
This activity is designed to improve the health of our women patients by equipping healthcare providers with updated education to enable them to better serve their female patient populations.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Identify best practices for treatment and management of specialty conditions in our female patient population by the clinical care team.
  2. Identify the most common health issues encountered in women's primary care visits.
  3. Review current and future treatment options for women within their practice for certain acute and chronic conditions.

Registration

In person or virtual options are available at the prices listed below.

Registration Fees
Physicians: $35.00
All other Health Professionals: $25.00
Medical Students: $25.00
Interns: $25.00

 

Day Of Information 

 In person registration and Continental breakfast will begin at 7:15am.

 A boxed lunch will be available at the conclusion of the conference.

 Lactation rooms are available on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor.

Accreditation

Physicians: Sentara Health is accredited by the Southern States CME Collaborative to provide continuing medical education for physicians.  

Sentara designates this Live Activity for a maximum of 4.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nurses: Sentara Health is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the Virginia Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. 4.5 Contact Hours awarded for Professional Nurses in attendance.
