How do I log in to the Sentara CME Portal?

Click on the Sign in with your Sentara User Name & Password option in the navigation bar and enter your Sentara email and password. Or you can click on the Sign in with Email and Password option in the navigation bar. Click here for a short tutorial. 

If you think you have previously attended a Sentara CME event (RSS or otherwise) but do not remember your username, please contact us immediately at 757.363.6636 or [email protected] and we will help you locate your existing profile.

Creating a new user profile with a new email is highly discouraged if you have attended any of our events in the past. This action will most likely create a duplicate profile for you in our system and will NOT automatically show your previously claimed credit history on your transcript.

New User: If you do not have an account with us or have never received credits from Sentara CME, click the Sign up Now red button on the home page to create a new user account in our system.

Forgot Password:  Please click Forgot Your Password under the Sign In option and enter your email address to retrieve your password. Users signing in using their Sentara credentials will need to contact the HelpDesk to reset their password. The CME department is unable to assist with SSO password resets. 

Locked out of the Sentara CME Portal:  After a certain number of failed attempts to log in, your account will be locked.  A Sentara CME team member can unlock your account for you.  Please call us at 757.363.6636 or email us at [email protected] for assistance.

How do I access my transcript & certificates? Once logged into the Sentara CME Portal, click the My CME button in the navigation bar and select the Transcript icon. Select a date range for the transcript records you wish to access by entering a Start and End Date. You can email or download your transcript. By default, the start date for the transcript report is 1/1/2018, and the end date is today’s date.

Transcripts can be downloaded or emailed using the buttons that appear above the transcript report. If you feel your CME transcript is incomplete or missing credits, please send us an email or call us at 757.363.6636.  Please be sure to check your transcript on a regular basis to ensure your credits are being recorded in our system. 

Credits for externally managed activities may not be available immediately.
