If you believe credits are missing from your transcript, please contact the CME Office.

Note: Credits from activities managed by external organizations may not appear immediately.

Sentara Employees
Select Sign in with Sentara Network Account and enter your Sentara network credentials.
If you need assistance with your Sentara password, please contact the Sentara HelpDesk. The CME Office cannot reset Sentara network passwords.

Non-Sentara Users
Select Sign in with CME Email & Password and enter the email address and password associated with your CME profile.
If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot Your Password on the sign-in page and follow the prompts to reset it.

First-Time Users
If you have never participated in a Sentara CME activity and do not have a CME profile, you may create an account by selecting Create an Account.

Important If you believe you may already have a CME profile, please contact the CME Office before creating a new account. Duplicate accounts may prevent your CME credits and transcript history from displaying correctly.

Account Locked

If your CME account becomes locked after multiple unsuccessful login attempts, contact the CME Office for assistance.
