2026 Cardiothoracic Surgery Education Series - 8/18/2026

The purpose of this activity is to promote interactive presentations by experts in the field and provide evidence based clinical practice updates for cardiothoracic surgery patients. The series aims to educate Sentara providers with clinically relevant information with an emphasis on diagnosis, management and complications associated within the cardiothoracic surgery population. Discuss anatomy and physiology of cardiopulmonary system, and changes that can occur throughout their hospital course.

Sentara is accredited by the Southern States CME Collaborative to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Physicians: Sentara designates this Live Activity for a maximum of 1.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
