Topics will include Sentara safety and quality initiatives that focus on improving patient care at Sentara facilities. Our faculty will be discussing the most recent developments in health care, and discussing best practices across the system. 

This series explores the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM), guiding listeners through its core components and demonstrating how it enhances the integration of behavioral health into primary care—ultimately improving patient outcomes and care coordination.
