Sentara Community Care providers adult and pediatric care to underserved populations. Our monthly Provider session brings specialists and other experts to present clinical updates and reviews on topics pertinent to primary care - both adult and pediatric. We also review professional responsibilities and leadership topics. The majority of the time (45-50 min) is for clinical lecture and questions.

1. Identify common problems encountered in child well visits
2. Interpret specialty conditions in our pediatric patient population along with best practices for treatment and referrals
3. Interpret specialty conditions in our adult patient population along with best practices for treatment and referrals
4. Examine quality metric data and discuss process improvement programs to improve outcomes.
5. Evaluate patient experience data and discuss process improvement programs to improve outcomes.
