2024 Mid Atlantic Conference: Clinical Cardiology for Primary Care

This is course is for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and other health care professionals who want to enhance or develop their knowledge of novel therapeutics in the fi eld of cardiology.

1. Communicate and coordinate the cardiac care of their patients with the cardiologist to improve outcomes and patient care.
2. Integrate the management of heart failure outlined in the current ACC Heart Failureguidelines into the primary care of their patients.
3. Employ the methods of communication and collaboration between the care team to ensure appropriate evaluation and treatment of primary care patients with chest pain.
4. Implement the management of SVT, atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation outlined in the current guidelines into the primary care of their patients.
