Overview
To provide an overview of the essential elements to become an effective leader within the Sentara ASD and resources for self-directed learning.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate their learned leadership skills.
  2. Explain the irony in physician engagement.
  3. Recognize whether a leader is born or made.
  4. Demonstrate the 6 Source Influence Model as it applies to various challenges facing leaders

Accreditation
Sentara is accredited by the Southern States CME Collaborative to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
