This conference explores the impact of stigma on behavioral health and highlights strategies for fostering healing and resilience. Through expert presentations, interactive sessions, and real-world case studies, participants will gain tools to challenge stigma, integrate physical and mental health care, and promote recovery-oriented practices. Attendees will leave with practical approaches to support individuals, families, and communities in their journey toward wellness.

1. Identify strategies to reduce stigma and improve behavioral health outcomes in clinical practice.
2. Apply evidence-based strategies and communication tools to reduce stigma and promote healing in clinical and community settings.
3. Evaluate integrated care models that support recovery-oriented, whole-person care.

Non Physicians $25.00

Same rate applies for both the in-person and virtual attendance.

AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (5.25 hours), Non-Physician Attendance (5.25 hours)

Sentara is accredited by the Southern States CME Collaborative to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

• Physicians: Sentara designates this Live Activity for a maximum of 5.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
  

• All Other Learners: All other learners will receive a Certificate of Attendance for 5.25 hours of education .  Consult your professional licensing board regarding the applicability and acceptance of certificates of attendance for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organization accredited by the Southern States CME Collaborative, an ACCME Recognized Accreditor.
  

• Psychologists: 5.25 hours of continuing education credit will be awarded to psychologists.
